SPOOLSCOPE · DOCUMENTED DIMENSIONS ONLY

Which spool dimension is outside the documented range?

Compare your measured interval with one explicitly confirmed AMS model. This is not a compatibility, feeding or safety test.

1. Confirm the AMS model
2. Measure the spool width

Measure the complete spool width in millimetres. Enter your smallest and largest readings; for a single reading use the same number twice. Do not use a nominal brand description.

3. Check the model-specific diameter field

Select a supported model before measuring the diameter.

Leave unavailable measurements blank. A definite width mismatch can be reported while diameter remains unknown.

Dimensions cannot establish material suitability, smooth feeding, safety, a fault cause or a remedy. This tool does not support modified spools, rings, adapters, AMS 2 Pro or HT.

Original AMS guide warnings include soft TPU, damp PVA and cardboard spools. AMS lite has separate restrictions for flexible, absorbent, hard, brittle and abrasive materials. Read the complete model guide before use. No modification, force-fit, cutting, thermal or electrical instructions are provided.
